Look Beyond Yourself
Haven’t been blogging for awhile. I’ve been busy with my new job & balancing everything else. See…
After much consideration from last week, i’ve finally decided on my tagline. I’ve been working for my new company for 3 weeks. Most people took just a week to get promoted to the next level but for me, I struggled for 2 weeks. Why? Because i wasnt sure whether this is really what i want to do. My bosses saw potentials but I never really did give the results. Slowly but surely i always say. It’s motivating having people believe in you when you doubt yourself. So when the 3rd week came It made me realise i just have to believe in what I do. The people you work with really makes an impact to it. They are all really positive people. The team outings we’ve had so far, build great team work and they are fun. The meetings with successful leaders/ owners sparked my interest to it more. I might have changed when it comes to coming home really late partying. I try to sleep earlier cause work starts at such an early time! Big change for me.
I’m one who likes to challenge myself. I could be sitting down whole day, relaxing & making 4-5K per month but no, I stepped out of that comfort zone to do something out of the ordinary. This might not appeal to many or infact, many people try to avoid. But it does help save lives, save nature our planet, the little things you can do to be part of that change, why not right?
Look beyond yourself.
Be humble.
It was pretty shocking when I got the promotion yesterday. I didnt have to run for the last 2, they just simple spoke to me in private & handed me a game plan.
This is it, isnt it? Haha
I’m born to lead.
